1. lowBIDS collects your personal information to provide you with a smooth, efficient, safer and customised auction experience.
2. To use our services, you are required to register using our online registration form. This form requires you to provide us with your contact information and other personal information. We may also require some financial information, such as, but not limited to, credit card information to verify your name, address and other contact information.
3. lowBIDS will:
   1. collect your name, email address, and delivery address to register you as a member of lowBIDS;
   2. if you bid or buy, collect information about your bidding and selling behaviour.

   1. bill you for the goods and services you purchase and the fees we charge;

   3. to enforce our terms and conditions;
   4. ensure that lowBIDS is a safe trading site;

6. lowBIDS will track certain information about your use of our site. This information is complied and analysed on an aggregated basis. lowBIDS uses this information to do internal research on our members demographics, interests and behaviour to improve our business practices.
7. lowBIDS endeavours to protect your personal information. 10. lowBIDS will deactivate your user ID and password upon your request. This will remove your contact details and financial information from our active database. lowBIDS we will retain some information to help prevent fraud, resolve disputes, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms and Conditions and comply with legal requirements.
11. lowBIDS may at times provide links to third parties. These linked sites are not under our control and we do not accept responsibility or liability for any personal information that they may collect from you. We recommend that you read their Privacy Policy before disclosing any personal information to them.
12. This Privacy Policy only applies to information that lowBIDS collects about you. Any information that you provide to third parties is subject to an agreement between you and that third party. lowBIDS does not accept any responsibility for information that you provide to third parties.
